Machine Operator Wanted!

We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our team based in Kwinana. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established manufacturing environment. This roles offers a Day Shift: 6:30am – 2:30pm with a Pay Rate of: $40.25 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading).

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor granulation plant and associated equipment to manufacture fertiliser
• Start-up, operate, adjust, and safely shut down equipment as required for production
• Monitor product quality including size, moisture, and consistency, making process adjustments where required
• Perform routine manual handling, including materials handling, cleaning, and general production duties
• Conduct basic equipment inspections, minor repairs, adjustments, and changeovers

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience working with industrial or process equipment (highly desirable), particularly within:
• Fertiliser
• Chemical
• Agricultural
• Bulk materials manufacturing environments
• Current forklift licence (essential)
• EWP licence and confined space tickets (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively within a team and in a fast paced environment
